I’m Emily – a personal trainer, doula, and the founder of Empowered Body and Birth.
I created this space because I saw how often women are told to “bounce back,” push through, or ignore what their bodies are trying to say—especially during pregnancy and postpartum. I believe you deserve something different.
You deserve intentional strength.
My approach combines smart, functional strength training with core and pelvic floor integration so your workouts actually support your real life: lifting babies, carrying groceries, playing on the floor, standing taller, aging well.
Whether you’re preparing for birth, rebuilding postpartum, or simply ready to feel strong and confident again, I meet you where you are. No extremes. No punishment. No pressure to shrink. Just thoughtful programming, real support, and strength that lasts.
As a doula, I’ve supported families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period—witnessing firsthand the physical and emotional transitions women move through. This experience shapes everything I do in fitness: I understand the importance of honoring your body, listening to its signals, and providing guidance that meets you where you truly are.
My goal isn’t just to help you exercise—it’s to help you feel at home in your body again. Strength isn’t about changing who you are; it’s about building a foundation that carries you through every season of life.
